3 Myths About Exercise
“If I Used Heavy Weight I Will Get Bulky”
Bulky muscular people did not get there by accident. They train harder then most people think is possible; eat on military-like schedules, and most likely than not are on some hormone-altering chemical.
Most simply do not have the testosterone to “bulk up.” And confuse this with the detox and reshaping phase. If you stay true to your program, you will soon see a mirror image of a leaner body that comes from this phase. A great trainer will prepare you for these stages, coaching you through.
“I Have Tried Everything & Nothing Worked”

I have lived this a prisoner in my own body, with chronic hip, back and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel, an abundance of addictions lead to overeating. In 2009 I had enough of being sick and miserable, and I decided to become a personal trainer.
Even after loosing over 100lbs but the journey didn't end there. Years of coaching beautiful people with many different body types, life challenges, and varying schedules - I have discovered a proven formula for transforming & redesigning your body, mind, and spirit. Through extensive trial and error, personal study, training & nutritional experimentation. Ongoing education of particular fitness research, weight training, strength conditioning, nutrition, cardiovascular conditioning, yoga, meditation, energy work, Chinese Medicine, and herbology.
I am living what I teach and want to share these methods with you and your company! I long for your highest intentions for your life - to be your reality every day!! And I know it’s more than possible because I am living it right now!
My Health Became My #1 Top Priority.
I Am Obsessed.
For most of my life, I struggled with extra weight. I wanted to be active, but my family wasn’t the best role models for this. School sports were too competitive for me.
Because my family’s education on food and health was limited or conflicting, confusion manipulated any relevant information there was. Getting motivated was a challenge.
Later I also learned that my muscular structure suffered due to genetics, over-consumption of toxins at an early age and lack of proper foundational training. I also learned you could overcome any of these factors with cell fueling, energy producing dense nutrition, herbal detoxification, and functional exercise.
I lost 120lbs going from a whopping 260lbs (5’5) to 140lbs but hadn’t caught my mind up to my new body so I still always felt “fat.” I thought I was healthy and ate well. But the truth slapped me in the face like a ton of bricks. Addiction riddled and utterly lost - a car accident in 2009 radically changed everything for me.
I got brutally honest with myself and sought education on my gaps. Mental reprogramming, affirmations, cognitive therapy, mind mapping, holodynamics, transcendental meditations. Physical therapists, coaches, chiropractors you name it, I have tried it. Proper nutrition, herbal detoxifications, natural skincare & health remedies that boosted immune function, weight loss, metabolism, renewed the brain and built lean muscle.
I spent the money, the time and poured my heart and soul into training so that I could share with you my story and proven methods of transformation on the deepest levels of development.

Body Reset Phase
1st Month our focus will be getting your body & mind prepped for big shifts with Phase One training, basic nutrition and mindset reprogramming. Firing up that movement, nailing form with weighted HIIT. Sculpting tight, feminine curves we adore!! A focus on rest and recovery to jump-start the metabolism and stimulate fat burning downtime!
Fat Incineration Phase
2nd Month will continue on our foundation, adding in fun dance & yoga inspired sculpting moves with HIIT intensity increases. Sticking to our base meal structure. Optional add-in to start light detox or intermittent fasting.
Ripped & Fierce Phase
3rd Month amps up our program with two HIIT program interval changes this month plus our final phase of dream body mindset reprogramming! If you work the plan you won’t believe the strength changes, sculpted body and improved recovery gains you get from this transformational cycle. Be truly healthy and look great while doing it!!
