90 Day Dream Body Training Program

Body Reset Phase

Month 1

1st Month our focus will be getting your body & mind prepped for big shifts with Phase One training, basic nutrition and mindset reprogramming.  Firing up that movement, nailing form with weighted HIIT. Sculpting tight, feminine curves we adore!! A focus on rest and recovery to jump-start the metabolism and stimulate fat burning downtime!

Fat Incineration Phase

Month 2

2nd Month will continue on our foundation, adding in fun dance & yoga inspired sculpting moves with HIIT intensity increases.  Sticking to our base meal structure.  Optional add-in to start light detox or intermittent fasting.

Ripped & Fierce Phase

Month 3

3rd Month amps up our program with two HIIT program interval changes this month plus our final phase of dream body mindset reprogramming!  If you work the plan you won’t believe the strength changes, sculpted body and improved recovery gains you get from this transformational cycle. Be truly healthy and look great while doing it!!

These are the building blocks that create permeant, lasting changes in your mind, body, and lifestyle. You will receive step by step instructions on the layout on how to best use these tools to reprogram your mind and lifestyle to support ongoing health, wellness, and activity beyond the 90-day programs. Why do we do this? Accountability and to effect the changes you want and make them permanent we need to change the way we look, speak and think about ourselves.

With the dream body program, you will receive your choice of a customized detox schedule or intermittent fasting introduction and outline! 

Detoxing helps rid the body of Candida & Parasites.  Two of the most under-diagnosed causes of excess weight, inability to get weight off, low energy, chronic pain, slow metabolism, joint pain or degeneration, hormonal imbalances and skin conditions. Detox is a key component to weight loss.

Bulky muscular people did not get there by accident.  They train harder then most people think is possible; eat on military-like schedules, and most likely than not are on some hormone-altering chemical.

Most simply do not have the testosterone to “bulk up.”  And confuse this with the detox and reshaping phase. If you stay true to your program, you will soon see a mirror image of a leaner body that comes from this phase.  A great trainer will prepare you for these stages, coaching you through.
